Very slow responses from Jade…having to continually chase (both me and then my broker too) for information/updates and correct her errors on the completion statement.. All documentation was submitted for completion months ahead of time to tie in with expiry of my previous mortgage. Despite having to write 3 times to ask her to confirm she had everything she needed in the run up to completion which she confirmed she had..on the day…she asked for information that she had clearly missed…making for an extremely stressful day. Really slow and inefficient…never again!

UPDATE: I received a response saying that this person is not known and that I have the wrong company yet the address is exactly the same so I suspect this is just a neat way of wriggling out of a poor review!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Paul Reddy who has represented me for the past 3 years. Paul first met me after I had been arrested for an offence I strongly opposed and denied. Paul's expertise and professionalism is unquestionable which was especially shown when he sat with me through the entirety of a near 6 hour police interview. Very bad service, no response to calls, no response to mails. They don’t attend to your case until deadline when you about to loose your property and it’s very awful that they even go to the extent of shouting at you. Beware of them especially Sakib Hussain and Stephen Mans. I regret ever having dealings with them and thought to share before any other fall victim.

Overall the process was very slow. Communications was below average, when transferring money she kept forgetting to send references number, hardly responsive on emails. The lady was lovely but only down side was the above. I will use again though.
