Highly recommend Charlotte Parker. She completed on my 3rd house purchase/sale last year and was excellent as always. Each of my sale/purchases have been highly complex for different reasons. One of which was a shared ownership/new build which hardly any brokers and solicitors have experience in. I never had to chase Charlotte, She was the one updating me and chasing the chain and agents. She explains stuff in a way I could understand. She is excellent at her job and has knowledge of the area. This was her 4th sale on this road. I cannot thank Charlotte Parker enough, I have had experiences with the typical conveyancing solicitor in the past which made for really difficult purchase process.

However, Charlotte has definitely changed my perceptions of conveyancing solicitors. No question was too small to answer, we never needed to chase to move the process along, and Charlotte and her team kept us updated throughout. Once probate was granted on the property we were purchasing, the sale was completed in just over 5 weeks.

I have used Keoghs twice now for moving house. Charlotte Parker was excellent both times. It’s not uncommon to hear that “the Solicitor is holding things up” etc . Not so with Charlotte , she was the one pushing things along. Her communication was brilliant and all the staff at the office were the same. I was so impressed that I bought a case of wine for them as a well deserved thank you. She had an excellent working relationship with Warrans estate agent who are by far the best estate agent in the area.
