I want to share my experience with Spence Law, particularly for other men who may find themselves navigating a difficult divorce or separation.

My ex-partner was represented by Spence Law during our family court proceedings, where fabricated accusations of domestic abuse and financial control were made against me. Despite evidence proving the exact opposite, these allegations were taken at face value, causing immense emotional and financial strain.

Spence Law facilitated these claims without requiring evidence, perpetuating false narratives that were later disproven in court. I urge other men to stay strong if they face similar situations, as truth and fairness can prevail despite the challenges.

While I understand that solicitors represent their clients’ interests, I would encourage Spence Law to consider the broader impact of enabling baseless allegations and the harm caused to innocent parties.

On return from a family holiday with my wife and children I was confronted with an aggressive letter from my ex-wife’s solicitor, withdrawing all access to my children based on false allegations, and demanding that I jump through whatever hoops they decided to come up with if I wanted to see them again, all without a court order.
