I attended a first Aid refresher course along held at Parkgate Shoping and it was an excellent experience.
The instructor was brilliant in all aspects he delivered the course in a very well paced informative manner that made it easy for everyone to understand.
He listened to any questions and took the time to explain and answer any queries.
The props used were very good and the instructor gave out some freebies to each attendee which will be useful and added a nice touch to what was a very enjoyable experience.
