Nothing I got at auction has ever worked once it has been delivered. I got a commercial under counter fridge for £100, paid £150 with VAT and £100 for delivery. When it arrived it absolutely stank of curry and the doors were badly damaged. The electrical sockets were hanging off and when I turned it in the temperature just kept going up. I understand it’s a risk when you buy at auction but this was beyond a joke. Other stuff has been of the same quality, wouldn’t buy from here again.

I dealt with Dave Ward. I was stressed and needed help and advice which is exactly what Dave Ward provided. Auctions are a new experience for me. Dave was helpful professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Helpful staff however the site does seem to refresh at an alarming rate which can be frustrating also the descriptions of the items could be better picked up an industrial hoover it said 110v lead and cover was inside the hoover not 110v at all

I’ve had a mixed experience with BPI Auctions. The staff are great—friendly and helpful. However, the website is a complete joke. It keeps refreshing every 5 seconds, making it nearly impossible to bid on items. It’s frustrating and has driven me to use other auction houses more frequently. Additionally, many items are untested, and there’s a high chance you’ll end up with something broken or very well-used, especially those from hire companies.

One of the most frustrating aspects is the collection process. The locations provided are often incorrect, causing you to waste time trying to find the correct spot. When you try to call the number provided on the invoice, you’re more likely than not to get no answer, as the staff are probably busy. It would be much more efficient if they provided geographical coordinates for the location to avoid these hassles.

Overall, I’m quite disappointed and hope they can improve their site and logistics to make the bidding and collection experience smoother.

Excellent service. The team in Warehouse manager Ryan are top draw. Ive used them a few times. My most recent purchase was a large BBQ trailer. Ryan was very understanding with my small issue with arranging collection. Really approachable. Would recommend but advise you to read and understand the T&Cs.

Helped me load the NR van on, had a great chat & went above & beyond his role. He could easily have sat & watched but he got proper stuck in to help.

I have used this company for years but since the remodeling of the website it has got really bad,
I won a carpet auction, never received a collection not after payment, sent several emails via the website, then got my office to chase them, they were told someone would get back to them and 2 weeks later nothing, this has been going on for nearly 2 months.
How can I recommend anyone should trade and trust this company?

Used BPI for years , but just of recently the descriptions are limted to information of the product, I feel like the less information they give your bidding on guess work , my last bid was a site box , when I collected it from them it was dis figured like it had been hit with a FLT and no locks ,
I basically paid for £20 of scrap metal for £150
