Mo was very professional through out mediation. She was fair, firm and reasonable. (Unlike my ex). Although she has a busy schedule, she managed to find time and help solve the issues in a timely manner which was important in order to avoid further upset and chaos to my children.

My ex-partner initiated mediation, in relation to child arrangements. In my view, the mediator (Mo Sharpe) appeared to be biased. There were significant safeguarding concerns and domestic abuse, involving a young vulnerable child. Notwithstanding, she prejudged what the outcome of the courts would be and told me that; if it goes to court he will get contact (or words to that effect). This is extremely concerning, given that the courts have recently made an order for ‘no direct contact’ to the father.
