This office is the moste racism office ever they did not I’ve responded my phone calls or email I warn all the people to be careful if they go there they are scammer and you don’t see professional lawyers
You see lawyers working with sliders and there is smelly as well I warn all the peole to do not be stupid by them , and one more thing I am famous on TikTok I will share some videos on my profile where I secretly recorded them how that behave and mr wasim he is the most terrible one

Marks and Marks are great, especially Shazia Shah, who handled my whole immigration case. She is very professional and the advice she gave for all the documents I needed was spot on. My first application which I did myself was rejected and Hussain Saheb ensured we had a good lawyer for the judicial review. It was successful. Shazia then handled all my subsequent applications and I have now received my Indefinite Leave to Remain within one month. I highly recommend Marks and Marks and especially Shazia.

UPDATE: Subsequent to my last review I have now also had my citizenship ceremony and received my Citizenship certificate. Once again Thanks to Shazia and the Marks and Marks team!

PS: Don't give them any money in advance for the initial consultation, until they start the work. Once they take money from you (in cash) they become unresponsive.

Very Poor experience.

They gave false hopes, and false promises. I didn't find them knowledgeable at all. After taking the fee, they didn't guide me through the visa process, instead I ended up spending time more on researching and telling them what's next to do. What I really found how they work, they tell you read the documents on UKBA website, ask to send them the documents, and they get back to you a week later after 3-4 reminders.

The whole process with them is tiresome, and you end up wasting a lot of time.

After wasting my 6 weeks, I met another law firm. They guided me thoroughly, all the steps very clearly. What M&M couldn't guide me in 6-weeks the other law firm guided me in 30-mins, started my application, and got my visa extension.

If you have doubts or questions about your application, or your application is a bit complicated, then they're not the right ones.
