I recently lost my father unexpectedly, the support Nick and Natalie gave me and my Mum was amazing nothing was too much trouble.
Making the arrangements for the funeral was a stress free process and very relaxed, the conduct of the funeral was professionally facilitated by Nick .
I have attended Funerals in Norfolk over the years but have never seen such professionalism as Nick and Natalie gave.
I would highly recommend using them, a true independent family run business, thank you both, Scott & Mum

I attended a friend's funeral today at Green Acres, Colney Park, officiated by Nicolas Potts & Daughter. This was the second time I had attended a ceremony they arranged and conducted over the years. I must say, it would be hard to find another funeral director who can facilitate a service better than this family-run business. I was particularly impressed by how dignified, respectful, and professional they were, striking the perfect balance on both occasions.❤️🙏

My father’s passing was made a lot easier with the exceptional service I received from Nick and his daughter.

Nothing was too much trouble. Nick ensured that the service was unique to dad and our family, by passing full ownership of its minute details to us and ensuring they were fulfilled impeccably leading up to, and on the day.

Considering the solemn nature of his business, Nick has a great skill in using humour (at the right time) and storytelling to help calm nerves and to ‘brighten the room’ throughout the experience.

I’d fully recommend Nick E. Potts and Daughter to help any one wishing to say goodbye to their loved one.

From our first telephone conversation, Nick treated us with compassion, kindness and when appropriate humour, following the passing of our son. He was a great comfort to us and guidance and support in the arrangement of the funeral which was faultless. My stepfather passed away recently and Nick prepared and took charge of the whole funeral service, asking what my mothers wishes were and my late fathers. Nick is kind and a genuinely thoughtful and respectful person and this reflected in the service we received from him from right at the beginning to the planning of the funeral, the service and even the after care. On the day of the service it was such a beautiful way to for all of the friends and familys to say their final goodbyes. Nick is a real genuine man,and such a professional, and so softly spoken, Nick made the whole process go smoothly at such a difficult time, I would recommend him to anyone for all around service, price and care. Nick, Carole, Natalie and their staff took such good care of us all following our recent bereavement. Their kindness and professionalism was a great comfort to the whole family and the service conducted by Nick - at GreenAcres Colney - was a fitting tribute to my Dad. Nothing was too much trouble.

I don't have experience of any other funeral directors in the area and I'm sure they're all caring people, but what I can say is that others would struggle to be any better - in quality or value for money. We would thoroughly recommend Nick and his family. You won't be disappointed.
