We recently purchased a property in Spixworth through Property Ladder. Throughout the whole process Ben was extremely proactive in keeping us informed of the sale’s progress. Due to six parties being in the chain there were quite a few unforeseen issues; however, Ben went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent and we felt without his professionalism and dedication the chain could have collapsed on a number of occasions. We would highly recommend Property Ladder as we felt they had a genuine empathy with our sellers and ourselves as the purchasers. Ben’s communication skills and his upbeat manner truly stood out.
