Morton Reeves was recommended to us by a relative who decribed the firm as "very professional and competent". Our experience of Morton Reeves lived up to what we were told to expect despite the fact that our sale was anything but straightforward or quick. We received excellent support and help from Paul every step of the way, and he was never anything other than reliable. Paul provided an excellent service on a recently purchased apartment which was listed with Morton Reeves, and I have to say how impressed I was with the level of service from him. Highly professional and attentive, always on hand to answer queries and go the extra mile. He took all the stress away of managing the property which helped speed the process up and was a pleasure to work with throughout. I have really appreciated his guidance, regular communication and assistance throughout what has been an extremely smooth process. We contacted Morton Reeves after a recommendation.
Leigh came to value our property, after researching the area, house prices in the area and also which properties had extensions explaining why these properties were priced higher.
Leigh is a true professional and was very sympathetic to our predicament. When valuing the property Leigh pointed out good selling points and others that may be raised in a survey. Leigh spent over an hour with us explaining all the procedures and time frames of the process.
The Marketing and Photography were of an extremely high standard and this was proven by the volume of response we had to our property.
Leigh personally attended all the viewings showing potential buyers around; this made the process easier for us as Leigh kindly took control. On each occasion we were given feedback and advice.
When we received an offer which was accepted, Leigh kept us up to date with each step and continually advised us what we were required to do next. Leigh chased up our Solicitors and the buyer’s Solicitors to speed up the sale. We found this so helpful and a very personal touch; we honestly felt Morton Reeves gave us such a personal service . I would highly recommend this Company to anyone, their attention to detail and service has been exceptional.

We had the mandatory three quotes for our bungalow sale and were so pleased we chose Morton Reeves, Estate Agents. It helped that our Solicitor had recommended them too! We couldn't recommend Morton Reeves more! Leigh has been efficient, proactive and always very polite and friendly throughout our entire selling process. Their chosen photographer, John, was also brilliant and provided lovely photos of our home. If we ever move again we will definitely be using Morton Reeves! 🙂
