Just had a Level 2 survey completed by OA Chapman. The content was very informative, and detailed.
First contact was with Judith, who advised what level I needed. Said I would have a call back, which I did, very quickly. Fred is excellent. explained things to me so that I understood the survey fully. Important to me as buying on my own, and felt I could trust Fred. The cost was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It was refreshing to speak to people that cared about what they do.

Outstanding service from start to end. Judith was friendly and super efficient sorting the date for my surveys and both Angus and Fred were exceptionally thorough when writing the report and very helpful afterwards with ongoing issues raised. The reports were clear and had very useful summaries which were easy to refer to. I would highly recommend this brilliant firm of surveyors.
