Once a buyer was identified Karen followed through with diligence and quiet persistence; communication was excellent throughout. Jonathan and his team were amazing from start to finish. After initially using a different agent for several months, we switched to JF and achieved an asking price sale within 2 weeks.
Jonathan was brilliant. He phoned straightaway after each viewing with feedback; and then once we had accepted an offer, he was on hand to offer advice throughout the sales process. Karen is equally amazing - chasing solicitors and moving the whole sale along - without her, the sale was in danger of stalling.

Thanks you to all the team at JF, we have just completed a trying sale to say the least. Due to some very bad luck and some less than serious buyers we have had quite a difficult sale but the team at JF have been so proactive and responded so well each time a problem arose it made the whole process so much easier for us both. After seeing the service we received my mother in law used JF for her sale and again was full of praise for the team. Like any industry this one also seems to be full of plonkers so make sure you chose the right agent that will be proactive and actually help you where you need it. I think the fees are very competitive too. Give them a try!
