Called in today (Mon 04/11) to see about getting a signature witnessed on some forms following the death of my mother. The woman on reception is quite possibly the rudest person I have had the misfortune to deal with. Terrible attitude as if I was disturbing her day and when I enquired about what I needed I was simply told, very bluntly, we are at capacity, we can't help. Then turned away and proceeded to carry on with her typing. If this is the level of service you get from Sheltons I suggest you look elsewhere.

Recently I moved house and used Liz Collins and her team for conveyancing. Liz had all my legal documents & searches completed in 6 weeks which was very efficient. We were in a chain which involved lawyers at the bottom of the chain not been very responsive. Liz continually chased and was responsive throughout, and from a point where it looked like the chain may collapse, Liz offered good advice and we managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat. I'm not planning on moving again for a long while, but wouldn't hesitate to use LIz and her team again.

Extremely poor customer service and abysmal complaints procedures. Would never choose to deal with them again after they turned the experience of buying my first property into a complaints procedure nightmare that has lasted for months. Accused me of slanderous things that were completely untrue in an attempt to dismiss my complaint. I would hope that no one ever has such a shoddy experience with working professionals as I've had over the last three months with Edward Hands & Lewis and especially Paul Stubbs.
