**DO NOT TRUST THIS SOLICITOR!**
I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Mr. Waseem Bhatti, who operates under *three* different names: **Arkwright Solicitors, BHATI AND BHATT Solicitors, and WM Solicitors**. He is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable solicitor I have ever come across.

First of all, he NEVER responds to emails or phone calls, leaving clients completely in the dark. Despite an agreed-upon fee, he charged me **extra fees** without delivering ANY of the promised results. Over the course of 10 months, he wasted my time, accomplished absolutely nothing, and had no clue how to properly serve a Section 21 notice. His incompetence led to my claim being **dismissed without even informing me**! I only found out by contacting the court myself, a full month after the case was thrown out.
If you value your time, money, and legal matters, **STAY AWAY** from this solicitor. He is careless, unresponsive, and, quite frankly, dangerous to anyone relying on him for legal representation.

Biggest amateurs I have ever come across worst law firm to deal with ever, had a matter with this firm who instructed back in 2018 sent the wrong barrister no preparation solicitor even came to court with files hanging out of his briefcase was like a 90’s comedy . Paid for a certain named barrister but was given somebody else who wasn’t even experienced enough to deal with matter in hand it was so bad he didn’t even know my name in court. Only god knows how this man became a law graduate an absolute disgrace. This firm has caused me damages beyond repair which I am still paying for today 5 years later. At the time case had to be transferred to another firm in Nottingham who then repaired what they could from the disaster this firm had caused. Mr Bhatti himself agreed to refund the money and we are still waiting to this day for the refund and it wasn’t a small refund every time he see’s you he just runs away VERY FAST TO DEMAND MONEY AND ONCE THAT IS DONE BE PREPARED TO BE IGNORED If you want to save yourself in a matter or atleast get some professional advice STAY AWAY FROM THEM they will just lynch money out of you.

Had an urgent matter to deal with. Other solicitor firms were not getting back to me or were very expensive. I spoke to a Mr Bhatti at Arkwright Law. Found him very approachable. He appointed a Solicotor and the matter was dealt with. Great result with very competitive pricing! Will always use them.
