Good experience at this garage. I booked an MOT, and full service which was professionally done. A couple of minor problems with the car, which were sourced and fitted quickly. The use of a hire car was also very helpful.
All the staff were friendly and polite and special mention to Shelby, who kept me up to date.

Best place I've used so far in my 22 years of driving, fitted me in at short notice, very honest pleasant people to deal with! They young lad at the reception was really sound and welcoming, will be using them in future! 👍👍👍

Extremely disappointing customer service, poor quality of service, and overcharging. I wasted two days for a minor issue and a full service. I wasn’t even informed when my car was ready – they failed to call me. They didn’t answer the phone, which forced me to go to the garage in person, only to discover that my car had been ready.

To make matters worse, they parked my car a considerable distance from the garage. After a few days, I still feel a strong smell of diesel and oil inside the car. The interior, which was originally white, was left covered in greasy handprints.

Absolutely fantastic value for money. Over the years I've had my Porsche, BMW, and Volvo dents filled and scratches resprayed by these guys at a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Honest, Cost Effective, Transparent and Efficient!

My car was recently recovered into the garage following a dead battery and the car over heating, the recovery team advised a possible head gasket issue, never what you want to hear HOWEVER, I asked Nick for a rough estimate on head gasket works prior to the car being looked at and we agreed on a price, and I was given a time frame that I was happy with. After looking into the issue with the car it was discovered that there was in fact no head issue and it was a thermostat issue and a new set of plugs needed (+ the battery that needed changing regardless), I was given a new price which was a third of what I was expecting from before the car was looked at and the car was ready earlier than expected. Thats the honesty every garage needs! Thank you Nick for putting the car that gets my family around, back on the road fully working and safe. As much as no one wants the expense of going to a garage for repairs, I can say with confidence I will be returning if ever, but hopefully not, needed.
