The company that I work for have been using this software for many many years, I cannot fault the team in the slightest, always professional, polite and above all so helpful - nothing is too much trouble.

The software itself is multi-faceted, catering for Rentals, Sales, blocks, whilst the company I am within only uses the lettings side of the software so I can only specifically reference that side I have every confidence that the other aspects are just as nurtured and supported.

Rent+ has changed massively over the years, whilst the fundamental software has at its core remained the same Focus Microsystems have adapted to the change within the rental sector with grace and seamless solutions, facilitating the requirements of (Making Tax digital) MTD, (Rent Smart Wales) RSW, Record keeping for auditing purposes, Certificate management, contractor and maintenance management, reporting options for almost all scenarios and so much more.

Rent+ provides us with a solution for our day to day tasks, our multi-site branches are able to collectively and effectively collate information in one place to keep everyone up to date.

Finding process and software information is simple - a couple of clicks and a comprehensive manual is presented for you to explore and to a degree self-serve, it is updated with every version update and is my first stop as and when required. Additionally it is worth noting that insightful webinars are hosted by the team at Focus, showcasing new features and providing a general insight into the offerings the software has. Furthermore, contacting the support team is always a pleasure, generally speaking, when you contact "support" something has gone wrong - maybe user error, maybe not, but generally it is when there is an issue, as such a strained situation, the support team deal with every single call professionally, individually, with patience but ultimately in a supportive manner, time is taken to show or explain the issue and a solution is always offered, if something needs a little more insight then frequent updates are provided along the way. I cannot fault the support team in the slightest. (And over the years I'm sure I have caused them multiple headaches.....you'd never know or feel it though).
