I contacted this company and chatted, and looked at the system whilst I was still on the phone with the sales team. I felt a bit pressured, however, had assumed I had the right to cancel at any point. This is absolutely not the case, and that is on me for not asking. I have a limited company in the care sector, which has not even begun to trade. I initially was preparing for a September opening, which was the reason for the urgency to have policies. I had made two payments and then life happened (I'll not bore you), I have postponed opening until NEXT YEAR.

When I contacted them, and explained, they apologised for my setback and reminded me I was under contract. I eventually was able to negotiate out of my contract, however, it cost me another £1200.00. I have no policies and much less money.

Granted, I should have asked more questions - lesson learned. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ON A BUDGET AVOID THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER. IF YOU HAVE LOADS OF MONEY TO THROUGH AWAY, THEN THEY ARE FOR YOU.
