Avoid using this Solicitor Nancy is only after your money and charges a stupid amount and does not do the work. I've had the worst experience with Nancy. She's a liar and is rude. I will never be using her again. Wouldn't even rate her a 1. She took me to court and lost haha she tried charging me £700 for phone calls that I never received. She's a con artist, not a solicitor, just after your money. Her receptionist, exactly like Nancy, rude and not helpful and lies like Nancy. Nancy is so unprofessional the first day I met her she was sitting there telling us about another person's case

Davies Solicitors LLP in Barkingside acted on behalf of my husband and I recently in a family matter being grandparents of a minor. We were truly impressed and satisfied with the way the matter was dealt with. The lead solicitor showed interest throughout and the various advice she gave showed her experience in the matter. We found Mrs Ballard friendly and charges reasonable. We are very grateful with the outcome which is exactly what we wanted. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them in family matters.

Awful solicitors, very rude, condescending, terrible attitude, against solicitor conduct/standards, especially Nancy Ballard - incompetent, no communication, refused to take client instructions, refused to copy in the client in correspondence/communications to the opponent and what seems to be very clear bias towards the opponent. Do not trust these solicitors and stay away from them and Nancy Ballard. Did not read any emails, evidence, paperwork and had no idea what she was doing. Totally jeopardised my case and should have been paid more - so loss and damages as well as negligence. Terrible attitude, no idea how to behave with clients. Refusal to disclose documents and files despite formal written requests. Against GDPR. Avoid this firm, how Nancy Ballard is a solicitor is shocking. Google her and you'll see negligence. Wish I'd read the reviews first. She and that firm are known to threaten clients leaving genuine reviews, to take them down. The matter has now been referred to the SRA and the Legal Ombudsman.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Father Mr Denizer. Please if you genuinely do need any legal matters to be sorted… DO NOT use Davis Solicitors. I have had first hand experience with Nancy Ballad & I must say the service she provides is absolutely appalling. She will only make contact with you when she wants money, she does not reply to any of her emails & to make matters even worse she hadn’t sent my case papers to the court. She had lied to myself & she had also lied to the court. How this company still has not been shut down is beyond my knowledge. I will be taking action with the law society to ensure that her license is revoked.
This company lacks communication with their clients & only knows how to take money.

Extremely bad solicitors, especially Nancy, she's lost all my ex's four cases against me and I didn't even have a solicitor. Then she's trying to bill me my ex's fees of £5000. I said she'd have to sue me, I live in Spain so good luck with that one. At court yesterday the judge threw a non molestation order out in 5 minutes, Nancy then begins shouting at the judge that she'll appeal, the judge quickly put a stop to any appeal also.

Hi there, I have previos experience with this solicitors Nancy Ballard was my solicitor . I must let you know she is useless how she is a solicitor I will never know.
This company Davis and Co is the worst in the universe. How they are still in business I do not believe it

Avoid - Made a big mistake of booking an appointment with this firm. Needed simple ILA so made an appointment. Awful looking office but more so rude and threatening staff and that was just at reception. The solicitor was in an internal meeting and I was told I have to wait despite it being 15 minutes over my appointment time. In the end we walked out and went to another firm who I am glad to say were a professional law firm. Awful experience. AVOID.
