I was in an unfortunate situation, my car was written off whilst stationary in my employers car park by a lady who, by rights shouldn't have been behind the wheel (my car was a 2008 Mazda TS2 with exceptionally low mileage). After explaining the initial scenario to my insurance company I was assigned, for want if a better name, a 'point of contact' at Integrity Claims. Not gonna lie, my trust radar for insurance companies doesn't rate too highly, and previous to speaking to said person at Integrity Claims, I would stick to this assumption. However, my 'point of contact' was Mike, and although he said he was the only Mike in the office, I'm hoping the Mazda TS2 and date might avoid any confusion for Mikes Boss/Supervisor to know who I'm on about! I found Mike to be helpful, friendly and diplomatically honest which is a is a quality I greatly appreciate, he was also quick to reply to any questions I had and was on point with his advice. The outcome was better than expected in the end so thank you Mike. Hope we never speak again, but in the nicest possible way 😃
