I recently had the privilege of being represented by Stefanie Wikins. I was the respondent father on this case which resulted in my son being able to enjoy an equal 50/50 shared care arrangement , and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise, professionalism, and dedication. From the outset, Stefanie provided unwavering support, a clear strategy, and meticulous preparation for what was an emotionally challenging and complex case.

Her performance in court was nothing short of exceptional. She was articulate, robust, and demonstrated a deep understanding of the case and the legal principles involved. Stefanie presented my case with confidence and clarity, ensuring that every relevant point was put forward effectively. Her ability to remain composed under pressure and respond to opposing arguments with precision was truly impressive.

The outcome— our son can get to enjoy spending time with both his mum and dad equally with both parents who are primary carers for our child, it was life-changing for me as his dad but more importantly , the right order for my son and I genuinely believe Stefanie’s representation made all the difference. Her focus on our child’s best interests and her strategic handling of the case resulted in the best possible outcome for our family.

What stood out most to me was Stefanie’s genuine care and passion for her work. She not only navigated the legal complexities with ease but also provided reassurance and guidance throughout the process, always keeping the focus on what mattered most.

If you’re looking for a barrister who combines legal brilliance with empathy and professionalism, I wholeheartedly recommend Stefanie Wilkins. Thank you, Stefanie, for everything—you have truly made an incredible impact, and I am forever gratefule!

I would like to specifically thank Emily Quinn of Trinity Chambers Chelmsford. She is a legend and sure knows her stuff in the divorce space. She is very thorough and detailed and really helped me on my case. Her presence and representation made a whole difference on the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Emily. She is also empathic as well all through my case.

When I had 14 days to appeal a Legal services order I was advised by two separate solicitors “you don’t win appeals”. After calling trinity, I was recommended to speak to Stefanie Wickins. From 30 minutes discussion with me and a bundle Stefanie created an argument and successfully appealed the order.
Stefanie than represented me again and I can only say her understanding of the law, her manner when representing are second to none. Matters were so well put together the matter finished two hearings quicker than expected.
I would recommend Stefanie to anyone with a legal services, divorce or children’s act proceeding.

From my initial contact with Ben who was extremely polite and helpful, I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything to me in a concise and friendly manner and acted very promptly. He found a Barrister quickly for me and assisted me with the paperwork. For what was a daunting prospect he made things a lot easier. On arrival at the court the staff were also polite and helpful. The Usher in particular was very attentative and understanding and made us comfortable and put us at ease at what was a difficult and challenging day, made much easier. I would highly recommend Trinity Chambers and especially Barrister Stefanie Wickins who excelled all my expectations professionally and who was extremely personable and explained everything clearly.

We have been instructing Trinity Chambers for a number of years now, their clerks are very friendly and they always offer a great service. The barristers offer a great service and we often have great feedback from clients.

I rarely write reviews, however, in March this year I happened to meet a barrister from Trinity Chambers, in fact they were acting as counsel for the other side and I was representing myself.

During the course of the hearing, I mentioned that I had been suffering from depression for sometime and was taking the maximum dose of antidepressants (double the regular dose).

The Trinity Chambers barrister made a throwaway remark that "half the population are on antidepressants".

I found this rather insulting. Not only to me, but to all of those suffering from mental health issues. Comments like those made by the barrister from Trinity Chambers demonstrate the very reason many people will not talk about mental illness, and depression in particular.

Mental illness and depression are a serious illness that can, if left untreated, lead to a fatal outcome (suicide).

A person in the position of a barrister should not belittle or ridicule mental illness with throwaway remarks to score points in court. She should be thoroughly ashamed of herself and I question her ability to act as a barrister in our courts of law. I'm sure this barrister was not a true representation of the barristers fromTrinity Chambers.

And she didn't even have the grace or dignity to apologise.
