I instructed Steve to undertake a photographic condition report adjoining a house which is in a Party Wall dispute with a developer of a large building project close to my own property. He responded quickly to liaise with all parties for a mutually convenient appointment. He was helpful, considerate and informative.

Fantastic service, we cannot recommend Steve highly enough.

Steve at BDS has helped us through a difficult party wall issue for our new extension,he advised us on what needed to change on the drawing to minimise our neighbours concerns.We were given good advice that helped us throughout the process.We found his advice during the subsequent boundary dispute,with the same neighbours,to be just what we needed to put the issue into perspective.
