Paid him and received no proper legal support. Other solicitors warned me after I’d hired him that he’s not respected or educated in commercial lease law and can actually risk your lease falling through. He doesn’t respond professionally, refuses fair refunds, and resorts to threats. Be careful — not someone you want representing you. Now going through legal channels to get my money back as Andrew Osadebe refuses to refund me for work not done. DO NOT work with him, very unprofessional you’ll regret it like I did.

I went inside the firm and no one was there even after saying hello with a good voice . After 10 mins I met the rude Mreceptionist. I just went in to ask some simple questions and I did not like at all the way the female receptionist was talking. It at was at 3:44 PM the 13 November. Customer service is very important for any businesses. Owner should maybe think about getting better employees.
