They dealt with a claim whereby a local transport company damaged our newly laid drive. What an absolute nightmare they have been. Delaying at every opportunity. My husband has had to do lots of the chasing. Communication diabolical as is their customer service . An absolute hopeless loss adjuster. Couldn't be bothered in the slightest.
