The first negative review I’ve ever written! I was shocked to receive a £1000+ bill for work that I was considering preamble, only to be told they couldn’t help any further. I wasted a considerable amount of my own time preparing documents that would never be used, sending things back and forth over several months, all of which achieved nothing apart from a hefty bill, I never even met with anyone. I waited weeks between communications for their holidays and various reasons for not being “at work”. Overall very disappointing in every sense.
