Working with the Legal Base team, especially Justyna and Mateusz, has been an absolute pleasure. Justyna is professional, precise, and always helpful – she explains everything clearly and takes care of every detail. Mateusz is a true expert with vast knowledge, incredible patience, and a great approach to clients. He always answers the phone, provides support, and explains everything thoroughly and calmly. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Justyna at Legal Base. She helped me successfully switch from Pre-Settled Status to Settled Status in just 2 days – something I had been struggling with on my own. On top of that, she supported me with my Universal Credit application. I had tried twice before on my own and my account kept getting closed. Poor communication, I had to call the office and chase them after leaving messages couple times on Facebook and waiting couple days as well.
I’ve been promised to receive an e mail and there was no communication whatsoever!

Pointless business. No calls are ever answered or you will be hung up upon whenever you try to reach them. The office itself is never open and you might aswell not even bother reaching out.

This company is not recommended. They do not answer calls, they do not reply to messages and they do not pay monies owed. We have repeatedly called, left messages and sat in their offices and have been given broken promises. I request their manager Maciej Szukala contacts us AS HE PROMISED on friday. We have wasted hours waiting for him to come back to us and we are out of pocket because of him.
