I really only dealt with Sharon Leckie for a Deceased Estate and I found her at all times to be approachable, helpful and always willing to answer my (probably daft) questions. The costs were reasonable, everything was responded to very quickly and I felt like I could always trust what she said to me. I would use WJM again.

As someone else stated before Wright, Johnson & McKenzie are diabolical! Stay away, they almost cost me loosing a property I was trying to buy. They have no clue how other European countries legal system work and worse is that they are not willing to learn. They are inexperienced or at least the ones they assigned to my conveyancing were and ask for absurd documents or contacts from 12 years ago when they were provided with legal translations just because they thought they know better. Well stay away or you will be delayed. Needless to say no apologies for the poor service which is more costly than other better solicitors in the area. Avoid at all costs!

You'd expect a firm you're paying tens of thousands of pounds to complete a fairly standard(albeit a little different) legal procedure to be transparent, communicative and helpful, but Wright, Johnson & McKenzie have been diabolical.

They have given us literally no information regarding what is happening or any idea of a timeframe. They have been appallingly cryptic and obfuscating for the last 5 months since my deceased Mum's house was sold. A close friend who has been in the legal profession for 12 years - who I made aware of what's to be done - said: "they(the lawyers) don't seem very helpful or accomodating".

Don't use this firm if you want transparency, speed of service or helpfulness.

Very professional but friendly. All your legal matters attended to; all questions anawered in plain speech , and not couched in ambiguous talk. Efficient service unlike the old school dark offices with piles of files everywhere.
