Negligent, discriminatory, and utterly unprofessional.

I was left unrepresented in court by Blackwater Road Traffic Law — only discovering this via a distressing court letter in March. Despite prior assurances, the firm failed to appear or inform me. I tried to gain contact for a month, but never once had my call returned. Then, just one working day before my ordained appearance, their lawyer finally told me they would not represent me — leaving me to face court alone, while also scheduled for surgery.

I disclosed my disabilities (Tourette’s, autism, PTSD), yet was met with sighs, passive aggression, and the phrase “Can I speak?” during a tic episode — an act of direct discrimination that triggered a severe response.

When I raised this, I was met with a cold, dismissive email from Mr Mann that ignored all context and blamed me instead.

Months of lies, taking a bad situation and making it worse. Leading to self harming, health services intervention and, now, requesting an investigation from SLCC and LSS. Horrible, soul destroying experience.

If you're vulnerable, disabled, or simply expect basic professionalism — avoid this firm.
