Horrendous. Your initial call is "triaged" by some client account person who is interested only in ensuring you understand their fees before even speaking to a lawyer to explain your case.

Been umming and erring about this review, now first things first everyone was always polite and any questions, replies were quick etc, the issue I had which I'm lead to believe is exactly the same as everywhere is they are very thrifty with lengthy responses and wasting time here and there which most people wouldn't think twice about but there were a few instances in which it was definitely lengthier than nessacary for billable hours.
Like I said I'm sure this is the same as every lawyer practice and I'm guessing like most other layer practices they mostly will tell you what you want to hear.
But going back to positive everyone was nice to talk to and I am 100% positive they work bloody hard.
If I had more experience with lawyers maybe this rating would be higher as I would be used to the fact they will claim as many billable hours as possible but this was my first interaction and it was exactly how I thought it would be.
