Having Karen Reardan deal with my case was one of the best decisions I have made in recent years. Contrary to the stereotype of a solicitor just being in it for the money the first thing that Karen did was to analyse the potential cost of the case versus the likely outcome. From day one I felt at ease dealing with Karen. years later after using this service I still have nightmares about it and how I was treated. A solicitor I used from here P O'R was hired to help me sort out an issue with my ex in regards to trying to keep my house when my ex was trying to force me to sell. On my initial call I explained my circumstance and was told and I quote "I can get you a really good deal here" so i decided to go ahead.

What I experienced was more stress in one of the most stressful times of my life. Whenever I asked a question to get more clarification or tried to challenge something I was literally shouted at like a child in a classroom, it was disgusting. I dreaded the phone calls and any communication. At the end of the call she used to say "don't you feel better now after what we have discussed" and i was in shock because I felt awful.

& this is the last and awful part which to this day I still can not get over. In the final days of arranging some sort of deal with my ex partners solicitor we were pressed for time and every second counted, yet this solicitor went on holiday and could not communicate with my ex solicitor resulting in us having no power of any situation making us yield to their every demand. if they were replied to in a timely manner we would have gotten something a little better as there was no time to debate their requests as a court date was looming.

The fact that I actually paid money for this service when I was already struggling financially, and got no better deal or improvement from the position i was when i actually hired her is an absolute disgrace. I think she is knowledgeable no doubt about it but what did i get from this experience apart from additional stress? nothing, horrible experience
