A shadow of itself compared to what it used to be a few years ago. Now even when you have an appointment you wait in the phone (no longer in person) for ages and when you get through you are either told to rebook or for someone to call you another day or to be greeted by someone who try to cut you short and are not empathetic or reassuring.
Post covid this service has really gone downhill, a real shame as it used to be of great help in the past.
