queries and issues resulting in a happy tenant and owner. Significantly better than a major agent in the area who was completely incompetent.

What a fantastic team, we spoke mainly with Ness but also Alison and Sam and found them to be professional, efficient, honest, responsive, effective and friendly agents with exceptional local knowledge. We actually first engaged Rush Witt and Wilson 7 years ago when they found us our very first tenant - he stayed for 7 years, was always polite and helpful, always paid his rent on time and looked after the flat really well. So, when he left, despite being landlords for 7 years, we were not very experienced with the process of finding tenants and we had quite a lot of questions! Ness and the team very patiently responded to all our questions, nothing was ever to much trouble and they got really timely and excellent results all without ever being pushy like some other agents that spoke with. We liked that they offer advanced referencing as standard and also speak with prospective tenants to get a sense of what they are like as people rather than just who they are on paper. All in all, they worked very hard to find us some really lovely new tenants. We did quite a lot of research and spoke to most of the letting agents Hastings before deciding to go with Rush Witt and Wilson (St Leonards Branch) and we are so very glad that we did, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to the whole team!

We used Rush Witt and Wilson as letting agents via their St Leonard’s branch whilst renting with them. They were absolutely fantastic, really accommodating and just genuinely lovely people. When they came to do management inspections they always friendly and never had to worry or stress when they were coming. It’s been a pleasure to be renters with them.

Since living in Hastings, I was in a flat with another estate agent. The nightmare with them had me wary of any other Hastings estate agents. However, I genuinely have been really pleased with Rush Witt and Wilson. The team are so kind and polite and communicative (the latter often sorely missing in other estate agencies!), they dealt with any issues quickly and with the consideration in mind that a tenant's house is their home. If you are looking for an estate agent to rent with, I really do recommend these folks. I've had a great experience!

I should like to recommend Vanessa White of Rush Witt & Wilson with whom I dealt setting-up our new tenancy at Mardan Court in St Leonards-on-Sea.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Vanessa. At all times Vanessa kept me updated on the progress of the tenancy; responded promptly to my emails; answered all my questions and advised me of any issues that arose and liaised on my behalf with the electrician and the roofer which I didn’t expect, but was very helpful to me.

I have dealt in my time with a number of lettings agents and I have enjoyed dealing with Vanessa the most.

All in all, setting-up our tenancy with Rush Witt & Wilson has been a very good experience.

Really good people working in that agency, we didn't rent the best property and were not happy with it and they helped us to find very nice flat, they make our moving process much easier.
Kieran is very professional and helpful but have to say all guys are brilliant .
