Any normal professional company would confirm receipt of payment every time you’ve made a payment but with this circus show of a company you’re having to chase them for confirmation each and every time. I have sent numerous emails for the past 16 DAYS AND filled out a contact us form on their website! I am getting no response. This happens every single month!! I cannot wait to be done with these cowboys

As a small business owner, every penny counts. So when other people/businesses do not pay us, it really affects our ability to trade and grow. Luckily for us, I found LOVETTS via a search engine a few years ago. Having no idea what I was supposed to do, or when I was supposed to do it, etc I signed up for an account. Navigating around the website was really easy and before I knew it, I had submitted a case. Initially the amount I was trying to recover was extremely small, but within days of Lovetts sending a LBA (letter before action), our customer had paid in full!!! What a result for our small business! Since that first case, we have used Lovetts several successful times. More recently we had to take action through Lovetts and use an enforcement officer to recover our hard earned pennies, which was actually very stressful and it was an action we didnt take lightly. But Lovetts kept me informed by email every step of the way, answering any questions that I had. And yet again Lovetts were successful in helping us recover that outstanding debt. Obviously the pandemic has had a negative impact on many businesses big and small, so its even more important to know that we have someone in our corner, that we trust, who can help us claw back money that we are owed. I did actually read reviews below and can only give you feedback on my experience. We are not a scam or rogue business. We are a small, family run air conditioning business, who are VERY GRATEFUL for the help, support and professional service Lovetts have provided since we joined them in 2019. Very easy to use, especially the customer portal . So straightforward to log cases and then act on them. Thus far using Lovetts has been very effective for us as a business reclaiming debt that would otherwise have gone bad.

MBL Collections have worked with Lovetts Ltd since it started in 2015.Previously I had worked with them in various companies for some 10 years.
They have an ethos of delivering what the client needs, in a professional, efficient, transparent and cost effective manner.
Their use of the Late Payment Legislation provides great results for the client.
Their online CaseManager system is the best I have seen in some 30 years in Credit Management, with all the documents available online with a clear explanation of the costs you have paid out and the costs you can recover. It is easy to use and understand.
For a Credit Manager this is an incredibly useful tool, enabling me to make commercial decisions very quickly.
Nowhere else I know will send a Late Payment Demand by email for only £1.50 plus VAT. And MBL has received a success rate of over 80% in Late Payment Demands..
The Managing Director, Michael Higgins has always been approachable and worked with MBL to achieve great results for its clients.
The defended team, including Wendy Miles and Sunita Minhas are excellent, giving concise, well reasoned and understandable advice on cases, which really helps in deciding future action.
Their Annual Subscription Advice Service is good value, and MBL and its clients have made good use of it.
The Legal Department led by Sarb Dhaliwal provide prompt and excellent service. They have never disappointed.

There is no human touch. The computer says no. Leaves things for long periods and then reactivates as the computer says yes. I feel sorry for the normal people working for this firm not knowing how bent the morale compass is. It is ok because it is "good" business. I believe you should do more due diligence on the clients you represent as this rating is based on this and you are complicit to their poor behaviour, you are an enabler. (you wont mind though as you will be able to sleep at night dreaming of the £££££££)

I am not interested in any response that you believe will be written better and say blah blah your morale compass is bent do more due diligence on the companies you represent
