Sent an application back in april. Chased it up in may to be told I needed to resign the letter on authority which I did and sent off. Called again at the begining of august and was told it had been sent off to the bank and to call in a month if I hadn't heard anything. And then I called today September the 5 to be told my application form wasnt complete and hasn't been sent to the bank. They have not contacted me or kept me up to date. The communication is terrible and I'm still no further in this.
What's more concerning is that they have lost my personal data which I will be contact GDPR

Let me down, after a phone conversation telling me that I had a deadline date to send signed paper work back to them. I sent the forms back in time with weeks to spare. I was then told that they would not pursue a search for ppi as I had not returned my forms in time.

These wankers "helped" me to claim PPI worth £61 and they want £28 in fees. What a joke. And they ring me almost every day including weekends.
