It's not until you experience a bad solicitor that you realise quite how good yours is. Woodford Stauffer have been amazing... What appeared to be a simple sale-purchase transaction on paper, became a difficult and stressful experience but Woodford Stauffer handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and kept us up to date throughout. A special mention must be given to the following. Caitlin handled all of our initial dealings and was there for us whenever we had any worries or concerns. When it came to handling our sale and purchase, we dealt with Sudesh and Megan. I cannot begin to thank them both for how well they handled our transactions. There were times when we thought we would never move home but at the 11th hour, or was it the 12th, we received final confirmation that we had exchanged & completed and we were good to pick up our keys.
