Extremely poor communication. I am very disappointed with Levales—despite my attempts with email, message, and calls, I have recieved very little in the way of response. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and has made them feel highly unreliable in my experience. I would not recommend them to anyone who values clear and consistent communication.

* Ah, so the secret to getting a response wasn’t emails, calls, or messages—it was a public review all along! If only I’d known sooner, I could have skipped the whole ‘waiting endlessly for a reply’ part. Thanks for the tip! Now, do I email you again so you can ignore me privately, or should I just keep updating this review for quicker service?

It’s early days yet as to how my 2 boys situations will pan out but I want to say a massive thank you to Sharon for dealing with my eldest sons case who was professional and put me and my son at ease with a 1st offence. Toby Cordova was amazing with my youngest son who again was professional made us feel at ease and talked through the process of things. I think before this experience, I would never have imagined the events of that fateful day just before Christmas, would ever happen to me. A very unfortunate serious of circumstances found me locked up in what can only be described as a soul less box, with no mental stimulation. After hours of pacing, drinking tea and wondering whether the camera in the cell could not really see me on the metal toilet, I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon Brison, to whom I must have appeared as a bizarre scarecrow, as I was wearing what can only be described as 'home clothes' which now after hours of being locked up, must have had a very individual odour. However, not only on that day, but in the months since then, Sharon has been there for me, as I complained, whinged and tried to make sense of a very senseless situation. I am pleased to say that finally no further action was taken, which has been a major burden lifted from me, and now allowing me and my family to get back to normal. So I can only say thank you to Sharon and the guys at Levales for being the light when it was darkest for me, and I would highly recommend them if you ever require help in this area of life.
