I was directed to ethical forestry by avocade. It soon became clear the whole thing was a rip off. Target Recovery put me in touch with A.P.J who took on the case from the very start they explained everything to me inc the fees involved in the event of winning. They then done everything they said they would and it seemed to me they never missed a single detail I was kept informed throughout by there friendly team all of my lost pension was recovered and some compensation can’t thank them enough. I’ve read a review earlier where someone was complaining that they had been ripped off by paying the fees absolute nonsense the fees are crystal clear from day one. I say to that person if you have the legal skills you could have recovered your own pension and paid no fees. Without those skills us normal people need people like A.P.J without whom I wouldn’t have recovered any of my pension. I was more than happy to pay them the money that they earned. Thanks again A.P.J you’re the dogs !!!!! Andy

Totally dreadful of experience with this firm who after 4 years eventually settled my claim with the FSCS. However their fees were ridiculous, then there was the ATE insurance and vat so I ended up with a quarter of my actual award. Sadly from being ripped off by my pension provider, I’ve now also been ripped off by the law firm, the ATE insurer and the HMRC and have lost £20k

Avoid APJ at all costs, there are only interested in their own share holders

APJ were outstanding from start to finish, i had tried to make a ppi claim in the past but had no success, so i got in touch with APJ and from to start to finish they were great! the process was quick and easy and i didn't really have to do anything, they kept me well updated and in the loop. And they also managed to get me some money back that past companies were unable to do! Would highly recommend this company! customer service, the process and the outcome were all fault less!

Two choices: do the hard work yourself, or let someone else do it and accept their fees.

APJ are very clear on their service charges and I found their them pleasant, professional and very easy to deal with, assisted by the very helpful informative and friendly staff.

APJ kept me up to date with each claim, contacting me to keep me updated with the entire process. APJ made reclaiming very effortless and easy, allowing me to reclaim my PPI and lost pension funds.

I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is looking to reclaim their money.

Avoid like the plague.Shocking service.After 8 months failed to collect relavent information from company I’m claiming against.Even when I complained and the customers service manger takes on my claim (asking me to remove my trust pilot review if she looks into it)!! Er NO
4 weeks later nothing happened and was told she’s now left the company.
After chasing over and over they now say they can no longer proceed with my claim.when still not even received full information.

I am always wary where there are several 5 star reviews and then few with one star; always read those ones first.

It is probably very easy to find friends and family to write nice things to boost your ratings, but the real indicators of the service and competancy levels are those who are not so easily satisifed - possibly because they are the real clients?

Anyway after several years of getting nowhere, despite repeated requests to send me information of what they doing in my name, i have received nothing - apart from a couple of recent letters suggesting that they are buying insurance on my account (without my authority) in order to protect their fees.

I have nothing to recommend about this firm.

APJ looked into a PPI claim for which has previously been unable to locate with other companies - very fast process and easy to deal of course there is a fee to pay but this is reasonable when you didn't expect to get any money back !
