Great company and staff. There are many useful features in the online classroom! You can manage your bookings through their user interface system. While many improvements could be made, they are very receptive at taking in feedback and constructive criticism, to improve the platform and enhance the delivery of the subject content. Overall: very worthwhile & insightful experiences I have had with them. I would strongly recommend to try out Sherpa if you are a Tutor or Student. 5/5 stars.

Great online tuition platform with a lot more functionality than other online platforms used for the delivery of one-to-one online lessons. Tutors are handpicked, specialised in delivering lessons online and just passionate about what they do. I'm sure the tutors on here are excellent. However, my gripe is with the sign up process to become a tutor. It did not state up front that you needed to be a qualified teacher in order to become a tutor. Instead, the application wasted 15 minutes of time whilst also uploading my passport as an ID and my bank statement...to be then told an hour later my application was not accepted. The way the sign up is set up is designed to get a lot of personal information from you. Makes me wonder what they do with all the data if you're not successful.
