Dad had wanted us to pre arrange his cremation and "wanted Caz to do it". Ten years ago Caz was who had looked after mum when she had passed away. Well....all I can say is thank you so much to both Caz and Demelza for everything you have done for us and for dad on his passing. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Nothing but respect was shown by Demelza when talking about plans for dad's care whilst he remained with them and for his cremation and internment. Thank you.

To Caz...we are so appreciative of all you did and the choices of words you made on our behalf at mum and dads service. We loved it. Mum and dad would have wanted nothing more so thank you. You certainly went above and beyond xx

We sadly lost our brother in May and decided to use JH Way in Teignmouth as they had previously felt with another family member. Caz, Demelza and the team were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and their professionalism was the best. It’s so hard to loose a loved one and Caz and the team eased the pain, they are so kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend them.

The service we had from All @ JH Way was outstanding, very caring and helpful as I didn’t know where to start. But with the guidance from Demelza each and every way of the process was so professional.
Both Demelza and Caz would also check to make sure I was ok wasn’t all about my dad etc.
The day of the service was also very faultless and professional and so caring towards myself and my family.
During the whole process nothing was to much.
I would most definitely recommend JH Way to anybody who was unsure who to use for their loved ones.

My Brother’s Funeral

Linsie recently supported me in organising the funeral of my brother. She expertly guided me every step of the way through the process. Logistically, it was more difficult to organise as I live 3 hours away from Dawlish, necessitating virtually all the planning to be carried out remotely via the telephone and internet.

I was worried about the day itself having not had chance to meet the funeral director Caz in advance, but in the event I needn’t have been as she was on hand throughout to ensure I knew what I was doing. Everything went perfectly and I’m sure my brother would have been pleased with every aspect of the service.

I would definitely recommend the services of JH Way.

Unbelievable service for traumatic times.
It's SO hard to lose loved ones at anytime.
You are so vulnerable and need sympathy, understanding and truly caring professional to help organise the final thing that you will ever be able to do for them.
I followed Caz Denning from the previous undertaker she worked for because of the truly respectful, compassionate and high standards of service that she strives for. The ethics have she holds so dear are strongly displayed through the entire team at Teignmouth.
From the moment we walked through the door Demelza gave us direction and helped ease our souls. Her organisational skills are second to none, every single thing that we needed was put in place with a quiet, peaceful demeanour.
As for the dreaded day itself I cannot praise them more highly. Every thing went so smoothly and beautifully - if a funeral can be beautiful then this team is the one to provide it.
I would recommend Teignmouth J H Way so much that if I should die tomorrow I want THEM to look after me - nobody else!
