I have had nothing but stress using Lead Academy. I was promised on the ‘phone that I could pick any day to sit the functional skills maths at the company’s centre. When booking this was not the case. A date was arranged and then cancelled 3 times. Two days before the actual exam I got told that the format was being changed from paper to online. I couldn’t cancel but ended up failing. I booked again on a date given by LA. It was again changed.
If you need support they just want more money. I didn’t pass by one mark on the 2nd attempt. The exam board said it could be remarked and if it was changed, it would be free. LA wants to charge double the fee, due to admin, and “conveniently forgot to mention the exam board fee being returned.
They take ages to answer emails unless they want money from you.

I completed my Level 1 and 2 in British Sign Language.
The course material is detailed and extensive, covering every sign you can think of that you may need in general conversation and is done by the teacher at a good pace that you can follow.
If you do miss or didn't understand anything the first time, you can rewatch all the videos, repetition is the best way to inprint the signs into your memory.
The further into the course you get the more confident you will feel.
The course is great for anyone who wants to learn a new skill and by the end you'll be seeing everything as its sign.

Hi all,
First of all I would love to recommend everyone that is interested in learning English with proper and efficient English teachers ONLY with Lead Academy because they are SUPER GREAT.
I am going to start listing one by one the reasons why you should chose them over other online education systems
1) They are organised in everything, the operators on the phone are all polite and extremely extraordinary encouraging and supportive to you, they will make this course the most easy in the world ! And the way how they manage this is like they have the magic wound that will touch your dream to come all true !
2) Secondly, the wonderful demos and the whole structure of the online self learning is superb easy and fantastic because the English teacher that explain the lessons that you are going to learn yourselves makes it look like you are talking to a friend that understands you very very well, I highly recommend this course so People Just follow him, listen to him and play back and forward as much as you love because this is the way how to fixate things in your brain.
3) Lots of previous students' mistakes that are on those demos mentioned by them with the English teacher communicating with them, are in fact the questions that you have in your mind already today to do. You will be responded in all you wanted to ask and the questions are in these demos because little or more we humans think the same questions.

In my opinion I did Great and passed with the first time because of the encouraging and praising I got constantly from the guys on the phone operators, supporters and in the end they became my friends. They are more than happy in helping you in sorting out every single issue or problem or booking exams or whatever you are experiencing like fear of failing they will sort you out.

So bottom line: This course is super cheap comparing to all the demos and self-practising pack that comes with it.
So if you intend to learn English through an online course please don't waste your time and money going to other courses, because you have found the perfect one.
I am finish my online course proudly with higher marks than I really thought I could have, I am overjoyed that this course worked out for me excellently, I did not expect to have been sooo encouraged to learn English with other courses before as I felt supported with Lead Academy wonderful friendly heart warming people who will become your friends from your phone calls, they are all cool guys ! I warranty success in English level 2 only with them...
So ,as they were the only one for me accurate, efficient, super helpful, always positive thinking people, they will raise you up in your difficult moments when you have lost you belief that you will succeed they will restore your self belief back .
Please let these professional guys help you and sort out your problems because when I was with other online courses operators did not support me at all or listened to my emotional tangles like these guys did for me.
Some of my personal advice to do this online course:
Please put your ear pods and listen all the time these special demos they have for you withing the pack that you're going to buy. Then, do what they ask you to do homework. It is simple easy and smooth. I tried only on my free time mostly I listened to these demos and I did some practice but I took it easy.
Do not get stressed because the teacher explains everything.
And finally, call the guys like I did for everything it concerns you, share your anxiety with them, your fears because they will sort it out for you, don't worry about a thing, you are in sure hands!
So, I rate Lead Academy more than 5 stars because they are worth it a lot ,they deserve all the compliments and the good regards because they are excellent by your side and thanks to them I am achieving my goal to start a master with the basics of English certificate recognised by universities and to later on obtain the English passport !

I’m currently undertaking an online course on UK employment law and have found it quite disappointing. While the course materials are reasonably detailed, I’m sceptical about their accuracy. For example, it still refers to the 2023 minimum wage rates, despite the fact these change every April and should have been updated for 2025 by now.

I was also expecting a blended learning format with some form of recorded teaching. Instead, the delivery is limited to an automated voice reading the PDF material aloud, which adds little value. Overall, I would not recommend this course in its current form.
