I had decarb done at first class. I drove 60 miles from wales to Swindon. Paul is your man if you need it and specifically Mazda diesel owners. Just driven 462 miles, Car didn’t miss a beat , pulled like a train, mileage was 43 mpg. No error code appeared from high rev to low etc. great performance. Satisfied and happy customer . Unequivocal service from Paul. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

The videos you get explaining and showing any problems before and after are superb and done with complete clarity and no stone is left unturned.

My car, a Mazda 6 estate, needed a very thorough de-carb and clean out of the intakes and exhaust having experienced a significant power loss. It was a different car afterwards, running as new.

I can't recommend First Class Services highly enough! They've been amazing at every step of the process. The communications are outstanding with daily photos and videos showing the progress they've made and exactly what they've done. It's been a completely different experience to any other garage I've used. Paul is obviously very knowledgable and the standard of his work is top notch. I drove two hours to take my car there after seeing other people rave about him online and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Top notch service. Well worth the two and a half hour drive.
Pm sensor causing engine management light to stay on.
Paul fixed it in a morning, together with an official Mazda ecu remap afterwards.

I cannot recommend Paul at first class enough. He goes above and beyond, showing you videos and progress of the works he does. I had written my car off after a quote from Mazda at £6000, but Paul did all the works using genuine Mazda parts for less than one third of the price. Top guy. Thank you, Paul
