I spoke with Marian O'Donovan and Joyce White on the phone regarding my mothers will over 10 years after her passing, the original firm that dealt with it had previously closed.
I had no idea what I needed to do regarding this and they helped me over the phone and explain what needed to be done.

I have known Colin Hornby previously, through a Warrington law firm, when he worked on my divorce and Consent Order. I thought I would make reference to this because his work ethic and values have not changed, now he is practicing Family Law at Byrne Frodsham & Co.

My perception of Byrne Frodsham & Co, is based on my interaction with Colin. He always responds to questions and concerns, very quickly, and many times out of normal office hours. His knowledge of Family Law, the interpretation of it, and the relevance to my case is second to none. He is a very pragmatic person as well, and will advise if there may be a lawful alternative to taking a court based route.

In more recent times Colin has guided me through the intricacies of child maintenance, demonstrating his knowledge of the statutes, and regulations, how they apply to me, and the best way to proceed.

I would highly recommend Colin for Family Law matters.
