I have now retired from crane driving but over my twenty years career I have worked with and for Gary. During this time I have found Gary to be a very helpful and supportive colleague and on the occasions when I have worked for him an absolute pleasure and fair employer whose care and support for his employees gave confidence in the many different jobs he allocated to me.I have every confidence that you will have no problems in any dealings you may have with this gentleman who is very polite and knowledgeable in all that he takes on. I cannot recommend him and his company enough.

Update just had update on tax from HMRC orbital have since June taken my tax from £600 rebate to my owing £298 in unpaid tax so orbital aren't sending in your tax correctly to HMRC if you receive a second pay slip from orbital that is of no relevance to your wages like change in hourly rate or showing you have received a bonus you don't have in your contract you need to inform HMRC as orbital are false accounting but tower staff for some reason don't take any notice of complaints made to them of the fraudulent accounting by orbital Read this before you work for this company Update After talking to HMRC about orbital they have advised me to contact fraud action seem that orbital aren't all they claim to be the payslip you receive aren't the same as ones on HMRC records for some reason orbital are faking wage/ employment history for some reason if you go to orbital office to see them they point blank refusal by orbital to talk to you if you explain to orbital that you have spoken to HMRC and they advise that I report orbital to fraud action they just refuse to speak to you now that's odd to me seems for some reason orbital don't like people talking to HMRC the fake payslips can be used to take out loans phone contract even take out a mortgage up to £150.000 in your name with other fake documents they can make with information you give them best to avoid payroll company I stopped working for tower staff over this the fake payslips can also be used to scam HMRC for national insurance contributions you make strange that orbital are faking wage employment records to make it look like you work for call centre or telephone sales company it is possible that they could also claim tax back without you knowing with fake payslips that could end up with you receiving tax bill for tax you have already paid on review on orbital web site it said in review thanks to orbital for it's payslip buddy? Looks like people are having party at are expens also odd that in 2007 in Skipton Harrogate area account receive 8 months in prison for false accounting before moving to Barnsley the person who works at orbital has the same name? so I'm told by old neighbours who were friends with this person before being victims I can't write reviews on orbital because they have blocked reviews on they website from Google read this before you work with this company IT WAS BEST company to work for paid every week if anything wrong with wages it was sorted in half hour very good agency even tax rebate every year so couldn't be much wrong with payroll company until a few years ago it started to go down hill now the new payroll companies will rob you blind they tell you they can only to pay you cis they send you text to say how much you will receive £1590 after 20% tax plus employers NI YOU WILL recieve £672 of the money agency will contact you to go PAYE after payroll company ripped you off by going PAYE you then be down £100-£150 out of pocket every week on what previous payroll company paid if you report this to agency they take no notice but will then ask you to go back cis !!! What just to be ripped off for close to £1000 out of that £672 you will receive you then have to pay your own NI and tax on the £1500 that payroll company has rob you for just to receive the money you are entitled to you have to go to HMRC and law enforcement agency to report the payroll something that was dealt with in half hour now takes weeks so if you going to borrow money to get by before your first pay in the belief that you will be paid what you should be then you may well come unstuck it was best company now it become one of those agencies you don't really want to work for only its just until something better comes along I wouldn't tutch this company with a disinfectant barge pole any more tell them this and theysayn we are sticking with those payroll waiting to find out if reason for not being paid is down to agency not have the money to pay payroll company make your own mind up it just another agency no one wants to work for it's gone down the toilet

Having worked with and for many agencies over the years there are always good and not so good.
Tower Staff Construction are one of the best and I speak as both a Client and a Customer.

Excellent in many ways, helpful and supportive, I do not hesitate to recommend them from an employee point of view and as a hirer of Crane Personnel.

Just like to say I've worked in lifting industry for over 20 years, worked for alsorts of different agencies some good some bad but I can safely say Tower staff are the best, was a pleasure to work with them & for them.
