Do not ever use this firm, I got arrested and this so called solicitor was no where to be seen. Spent my time in remand and he didn't even check up on me to see how I was or give me an update on my case. In the end, I ended up hoping guilty to something that I didn't do and all thanks to Harwood solicitors and the so called solicitor Zubair Afzal.

I would not recommend them to anyone for personal injury claims. The reason being is because there is no transparency. The advice I was given kept changing throughout the time. I attended these CBT Sessions that I was recommended by the firm and Ill be honest they were sketchy. They issued a false and fraudulent invoice for the CBT Sessions for sessions I never attended.

Avoid at all cost! All they care about is making money! Giving physio through phone calls even though it is not working and I am still in pain! Would not even give them one star. Been going on for over 2 years and they do not cooperate. Very unprofessional never make the mistake I did of using this company. Horrible company with horrible people. Just your typical asian men useless!! Money making company who promise a lot and give you nothing! Its like ordering a chicken fillet burger but ending up with a dodgy chicken nugget!

Awful company do not use them for your claim, they do not contact client instead they liaise with the claims companies. They accept fraudulent documents and when they have been told by client that the signatures have been faked by the claim company, they ignore this. They have refused data requests and are in breach of sra regulations. I have had to check on all elements of my case and I still feel they are withholding documents and have acted dishonestly in favour of a referral company rather than working for their client. Disgusting and unprofessional conduct. They pass your case onto a trainee. There are far more reputable companies out there. Save yourself the hassle.

Unprofessional and very ignorant,I had a case with them from over 2 years ago and still have no idea where I stand.each time I contact them they tell me different story and its all lies dont know what to do now?I made a mistake using their service as I thought they know what they do but they dont.just avoid them and don’t waste your time,look somewhere else for advice.
I dont know where you people coming from but remember this is England you cant treat people like this you will be stop at some point.
