We were toying with the idea of getting a new truck for around a year. And I had been looking at the KGM. We spoke to Ian and he put a leasing package together for us and provided a demo truck for a few days. Ian specked a truck to our requirements and we picked it up today.

Really happy with the service we received from PJN. We found them through the Tentbox website and booked in an appointment, as our closest showroom for viewing the different models in person.

Ashely was at the showroom when we visited, to show us the options. There was no pushiness whatsoever, he just answered any questions we had and left us to come to our own decision, as well as offering some local knowledge when we left to mull it over with some breakfast in town.

We were able to buy all the accessories we needed through PJN, along with the tentbox itself, and got it all for a better price than we would have done online.

The main models we were interested in seeing would have been the Lite 2.0 and the Lite XL. Unfortunately they didn’t have an XL set up at the time we visited, (although we were told this was coming) but seeing the Lite in person reassured us that it was plenty big enough anyway, so this didn’t hinder our decision making at all. In retrospect though, obviously worth double checking in advance when visiting any showroom.

The order was passed onto Steve to process, and he was in touch with a call the next working day, where he was able to set expectations on delivery timescales. Everything came well within the timeframe he had advised (order placed 31st may - accessories came 7th June - tentbox came 10th June) and meant it was just in time for us to get it fitted for it’s maiden voyage that weekend.

Due to an error on our part, we did need to return a couple of accessories from the order, but Steve was quick to respond to this request and sorted it all out with no issues.

The guys have both been brilliant to deal with throughout; really friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Communication has been great, with swift responses any time I’ve reached out.

Literally cannot thank these guys enough, my car broke and needed extensive repair, was told by another garage i would need a ford dealership which brought me to these guys.
Not knowing much about cars myself, these guys were brilliant, really helpful, explained everything and went above and beyond and definitely did not take advantage.

Just had my 23 plate Ranger Raptor from P J Nicholls in Pershore. Traded in my old Ranger, Ian was the guy who I dealt with, totally professional at all times, I had some stuff I needed transferring from my old vehicle to the new, so I dropped it off on the Wednesday whilst I went away for the weekend, Returned to collect it Tuesday and everything was done, perfect as requested. Communication was excellent throughout my purchase experience, thank you Ian for a seamless buying experience, nothing was too much trouble.

Started off as a good dealership ,I put a deposit down to secure the car had test drive on the Saturday a week later done the deal ,transferred money Monday for Wednesday delivery and no car or should I say truck , lack of communication, I ve had to ring several times to finally get a response, I hope my cooling off period starts from when I get delivery, asked about mot no answer a full tank of fuel is needed as compensation, 1 star rating.

Adding to my review my new to me truck turned up Friday but unfortunately the work that was going to be done ,hasn't, I rang after original delivery day came and went they said they couldn't get delivery, but the guy that brought it too me said it hadn't been booked until Thursday, and salesman also told my wife the paintwork had been done , I put this down to lying and false information and bad communication skills .sticking to my 1 star .
