Car was really poorly valeted and smelt horrible inside, after telling the Sales guy when we got back from our test drive the boot area smelt. We phoned up after collecting the car & getting it home all they said was sorry. I spent over two hours cleaning all the liquid and rubbish out, broken vapes. etc. from the rear boot area.
They had the car another week after test drive to sort. Just crazy.!
Poor customer service, along with after sales or any customer care at all.!!

Absolutely brilliant experience at Heartwell Banbury Ford!
From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The whole team was friendly and professional, but a special shoutout has to go to Rob Cross, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rob made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and real knowledge. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right car for you, not just making a sale.

And speaking of the car — I’m absolutely loving my new Ford Focus ST-Line X! It’s everything I hoped it would be and more: stylish, comfortable, packed with features, and a real pleasure to drive. The whole process at Heartwell Banbury was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier.

Would 100% recommend both the dealership and Rob if you’re thinking about getting a new Ford!

Worst car dealership in Banbury. The salesman will tell you anything to get a sale when you go back in a year time for a basic service they tell you all you get is an oil change nothing else Costing Ā£320 on their Ford payment plan. I took out a three year plan for service and Warranty, but now I’m only entitled to a two year service even though I paid for three.
The average length of time to get your car booked in for a serviced is a month. Don’t ever let them wash your car because they’ll scratch it and leave it in a shocking state than it started and then say you cannot complain because it’s a Complementary valet And you haven’t paid for it. Neil, the service manager is interested in any issues you have buyers beware go else where

Avoid!

Advertised a car with full service history, upon collection there was service history missing and they said they’d send it over via email.

After months and months of chasing it eventually got an email back saying that I was ā€œungrateful for the service that was givenā€ and that they didn’t wish to talk to me anymore.

I escalated this to the motor ombudsman which takes several months and I sold the car in the meantime.

I was attracted initially by their lower APR rates, but now I’d rather pay an extra Ā£10 a month and get a better customer service and not be lied to by young inexperienced sales staff who don’t have the backbone to be upfront and honest with their customers.

I dropped my vehicle at Ford today for its MOT and upon being advised of the work to be done, we agreed I would provide parts and Ford would complete labour. On the telephone I was told to provide break pads. When I dropped off the parts I was speaking to a different service advisor and handed the parts, Julie the service advisor while with another customer said rudely shouting across to me 'I am not having those break pads being fitted on the car without discs as the MOT has failed' this was not made clear on the phone and my valuable time was wasted to then go and purchase the discs.

I found her tone to be very rude and considering I was not speaking to her at the timez my conversation was with another colleague. I checked the report and the discs were advisory. Another member of staff explained why they needed to be completed together. Which is fine, at this point Julie came and stood next to her colleague again during this conversation. This seemed to be intimidating and do not understand why she was present again in this conversation.

When I collected my car keys when the work was complete. Julie apologised and said sorry for shouting at you it was busy and stressful here at the time. Despite this I didn't not appreciate being spoken to like this as this is no excuse.

In the past with Ford along with the invoice we are given a feedback form. This time it was not provided as Julie knew she had given extremely poor customer service. I am adamant to say I will never be taking my vehicle back to Ford due to such poor customer service.

I could not be more satisified with the overall service, especially from reception, that Hartwells of Banbury provided me with when my car was recently serviced there. Thank you.

My only one possible "complaint" would be the quality of the video regarding the service engineers inspection: it would seem that over the years that this has been standard practice, sound quality has not improved so the comments were almost indeciferable. However, this does not detract from my satisfaction with the overall experience.
