From the minute of going in originally to get a new car to leaving with it I received an exception experience. Jason has been amazing. He did everything he could to get me the choice I wanted and kept me updated on the progress of it arriving. Paperwork was all explained well and how the whole process worked. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt welcomed, valued, everyone was really friendly & helpful, whether via phone or in person. On the handover Jason had the time to explain everything about my new vehicle and I know that if there’s anything I forget or need to know I can contact him with the confidence that he’s on hand to help without me feeling silly for not remembering. Can thoroughly recommend using Allen Ford to friends & family.
Definitely a 5* service when visiting Allen Ford especially if dealing with Jason.

We have had cars from Allen Ford since 2016 and have always had a great experience - it’s what keeps us coming back time after time.

This time we had 2 cars to part exchange and Liam and James were brilliant & looked after us as they always do. We told them what we wanted and they worked hard getting us the best deals and into cars we were both happy with.

Visiting the showroom was always pleasant and friendly, emails and phone calls were always professional and when we came to do handover everything was ready to go even our personalised plates on the new cars for us. We were showed how everything worked before driving away.

We will continue to return to Allen Ford whilst we have such fantastic experiences and are happy with our Ford cars.

Recently bought a brand new Ford Puma from Allen Ford. Extremely happy with the service received. The salesman, Jason, was friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. My car was ready to be picked up within the time I was told. The car is great, lovely to drive. I had a question a few weeks after I got it, which was immediately answered satisfactorily. Every other member of staff I dealt with was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A really good experience. This is the third car that we have bought from Allen Ford Kettering and Jason has dealt with us each time.
His approach was friendly, helpful and informative and at no time did we feel pressured so we were happy to deal with him again.
The premises were clean, tidy and well appointed.
We had occasion to use the service and parts department and found them to be equally good.
All in all: definitely 5 Stars!
