Sara in sales was excellant, as I am disabled and didnt want to drive to see car, she sent me a video she ensured the car was in excellant condition. Tried buying from non Ford dealers 1st, lots of lazy cowboys not willing to help. I will always now buy a car from a recognised dealer. Thank you Sara and Tony who helped with the handover.

After experiencing a horrible road traffic accident I was put into a position to find myself a new van. I found a van online via Autotrader. This van was with Winslow Ford who provided excellent photos and an in-depth video. Along with all details covered in the description. Straight away I was interested in the van so I contacted Winslow Ford straight away, there I would speak to Tony. After having minimal questions for Tony, in which he answered on the spot, showed he had great knowledge on the vehicles Winslow Ford were selling. This made me feel at ease so we booked in a date and time to look at the van. Tony worked with me regarding this and was patient knowing I work Monday to Saturday. When arriving at at Winslow Ford, I met Tony in person where he again made me feel at ease. After talking for a short time tony invited me outside to look around the van with me, he got the van prepared for my arrival all set up to go for a test drive. I was more than happy with the vehicle and informed tony I would like to purchase it. With this tony understood my needs and kept in contact with me during the period from the time of viewing and actually collecting the van and purchasing it. Overall I really respect and appreciate the professionalism from Winslow Ford and Tony. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services in the future for any vehicle needs.

Have recently purchased a used volvo xc90 from Winslow Ford and I have to say I'm very pleased with everything and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting a used vehicle, no pushy salesman, no hard sell .. Tony Barnes was fantastic to deal with,leaving us to look at the car at our own leisure without the usual hovering over you . Not rushed on test drive just basically given the vehicle and told to go and have drive take as long as you need . Tony made the whole experience a pleasure although his coffee making skills need some work.. Will definitely be back for the wife's next car very soon. Thank you Winslow ford
