Booked a full service with this garage. I was really pleased with the customer service, punctuality and care given with my vehicle. Communication was great, informing me of the progress and status of my service, and when they were dropping my car back (much earlier than expected which was great).
Highly recommended, I will be using this garage again.

The service was actually very good, with an inspection and a quote prior to any work. The communication during the car's time in the garage was good and the results are good. I have 2 minor issues:
1. When I dropped the car off the regular customer facing employee was not there and the guy at reception was brash almost to the point of being rude.
2. Not the cheapest.

The Ford Fiesta they worked on is running well, so fair play!

Had brilliant service this morning with help to access my radio. I phoned on a couple of occasions and was always had a friendly reception and given advice. Easy to get an appointment and was so happy with the service provided and professionalism. Definitely would recommend.

I took my Transit Custom to Kernahans for diagnostics after it had failed the MOT at another garage, the service was excellent at a very reasonable price. I won't hesitate in using them in the future

On May 21, 2024, I booked a service and MOT for my leased company car from Ford online. I received confirmation that on June 18, 2024, between 8 am and 11 am, my car would be picked up from the given address and returned after the service. Today, after 11 am, no one showed up to pick up my car. When I called Kernahan Service Witney, an authorized Ford dealer and repair service, I was informed that my car was not scheduled for any service or MOT.

After explaining to the person I spoke with that I had confirmation via email and SMS from their company, he claimed such confirmation didn't exist and seemed unaware of what I was talking about. I asked for an email address to send proof of my booking.

Meanwhile, I received a call from Kernahan Service, acknowledging that I had indeed booked the service, but it was not confirmed with Ford. The employee then asked why I was calling so late if someone was supposed to pick up the car at 8 am. I explained that the pickup time was between 8 am and 11 am, which is why I called only after no one arrived by 11 am.

Unfortunately, I lost valuable time that I can't get back. Since I work seven days a week, I had planned this day to smoothly and efficiently handle the service and MOT, which didn't happen. I wasted my precious time and wasn't even offered an alternative appointment or rescheduling option. I do not recommend Kernahan Service Witney.

Amazing service. These guys really do go the extra mile for their customers. Nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend them enough. So friendly and helpful.

Used the services for an MOT and car service. Communication was very clear and they use a great traffic light service to determine safety of the different parts of your vehicle. Didn't feel like they forced repairs and were very open and honest about it. The guys on the desk felt welcoming and seemed to enjoy a joke which was nice. Video sent through to explain different parts of the vehicle's health which was very informative.
Will use again next year of still in the area.

Just be careful that the entrance is reasonably hidden, but can easily turn around if you drive past it, as I did.
