The whole process was super easy. I made the booking through the Ford app and took the car in without any hassle. I ended up needing three new tires and new spark plugs. They gave me a call with the estimate — I was a bit surprised at first — but the advisor called back with some more affordable alternatives, which I really appreciated. They even sent me a video showing the issues, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was smooth and transparent. Very happy with the service and I’ll definitely be coming back!

So positive. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and patient whilst I made a decision. Gary handled my sale and he made it very personal. I had regular updates after ordering my car. Collection was a super experience. Car in the showroom, roped off with a congratulations sign. Really special. Not rushed at all whilst collecting it and shown how to use all the features. Was difficult to find the actual dealership as they had so many sites in Aylesbury and the ad takes you to the main page.

I'm loving the car. Yes, I paid over the odds but the car ticked all the boxes.

Issue with the second key and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to be sorted. Let's see what happens.

And here are the scumbags giving parking fines to old age pensioners, after their staff block her Rd with their illegally parked cars, so she can't Park on her own Rd. Absolute scumbags, triple check everything if your really wanting to be conned here. And no they pass the buck the usual procedure, no investigation. Here's a pic of the Rd markings being added a week after fining pensioners.

We were looking at getting a car on mobility. We were very nervous and didn't really know how it all worked . Our sales advisor ( paul) was amazing ! He couldn't do more for us and eased any concerns. We love the car we have through the scheme and are very grateful. Would highly recommend !

Gary was very helpful and polite as I knew what vehicle I was interested in. The purchase was straightforward, although it took several hours on the day, but that was due to the amount of paperwork I guess. Any questions I had were resolved and I’m happy.

“Scammers” only 1 word to describe this dealership
Attn do not pay deposit before you see the written quotation they will try to change the sale price in quotation once you have paid deposit and not agree after to return deposit.
They r not worth a star but no option for 0 star sad.
