I brought my new car from Allen Ford Coventry and was very happy with the service I received. Craig dealt with the whole process and I received effective customer service. Craig kept me in the loop throughout the process from viewing the car to collecting the car with this also including a check up call after purchase. My car was in immaculate condition and I got a very good value for this car. If I had any requests or queries Craig sorted this for me with no hesitation. The sales team at London Road are very friendly and welcoming and most professional.
The two ladies Sarah and Lauren who handled our sale answered every query we had and explained everything in detail which gave us the confidence to buy the car.
I have been a customer for many years but look forward to meeting all the guys they create such a great atmosphere making it special. Many Thanks Sarah and Lauren.
It was also nice that the manager came and shook our hands and thanking us.

I recently purchased a new car from Ford after being a customer for many years now, this was my first experience at Allen Ford Coventry, and I was very impressed.
Firstly, I was contacted by Sarah at Ford Coventry who deals with existing customers as my contract was coming to end, she listened to what I wanted and did everything she could to get me in a new car, She then handed everything over to Owen.
Owen was very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He always kept me updated with the progress and was at the end of the phone to answer any questions. He even went himself to collect my car to ensure that I was in at the end of the month as promised. Everything went very smoothly, and nothing was ever too much. I am very please with my new car.

Excellent service undertaken on-time, at a prearranged slot, whilst I waited. Took just under 1.5 hours and I received a video of the vehicle inspection by the service engineer which I could view whilst waiting. Very pleased with the service and support.

After many months of repeated visits to many dealerships and uncertainty. I was lucky enough to come across Neil at Allen Ford Coventry.

Having previously spoke to Neil who kindly interacted with myself whilst visiting the dealership on a previous visit.

I was very eager to speak with Neil and choose him to be the sales executive I immediately felt comfortable with being the person who would work hard to assist me in making the right choice of vehicle.

I find myself very disinterested and immediately put off with the stereotypical pushy forceful sales agents at car dealerships.

This is far from what you will receive at Allen Ford Coventry with Neil, His warm, kind, friendly and positive attitude instantly puts you at ease and prevents the customer feeling the need to push away the sales agent with the comment “Just Looking Thanks”

From the start Neil’s approach was calm, professional and attentive. Asking open and probing questions for what I was looking for in detail instead of going straight into a sales pitch.

This approach resulted in me feeling more relaxed and hoppy to open up, I found myself wanting to get more involved in finding out more details regarding my options, Which I had not planned for.

Neil very kindly and without issue allowed me to view not just one vehicle but the ability to “play off” multiple vehicles against each other, Showcasing each vehicles features and more amazingly Neil managed to pick up from my answers and interactions a picture as to what I was looking for.

This I felt was a very intuitive skill set to have as it immediately made me feel more secure I was making the right decision and helped eliminate models not right for my requirements.

This made me feel I was the main focal point and that Neil was considering every option I was looking for and strived to find the absolute right vehicle for me, rather than trying to simply “snap a deal” and move on.

Neil’s customer service, skill and approach demonstrates being an ambassador in showcasing Allen Ford Coventrys commitment to ensuring their care for the customer and that their choice
is the ultimate focal point.

Having made my decision the process to collection was faultless, Neil immediately replied to many messages I left, calling me back promptly with detailed thorough answers.

I threw many issues, concerns and dilemmas at Neil to which he welcomed. One for which was a last minute doubt I had over the size of wheels that was going to be on my vehicle.

I was concerned these would be very different to what I had already experienced in an earlier test drive, and started to doubt my purchase choice all together.

Neil immediately set to arranging a test drive in a vehicle with the same size wheels of the vehicle I had booked. This action allowed me to have the time to make a clear decision and feel comfortable to continue with my purchase not feeling pressured which again reconfirmed my trust that Neil truly considers the customers view over simply gaining a sale.

Neil’s approach to customer satisfaction and future retention is clearly one of many objectives in his daily role, being attentive and listening to the customer is a skill set I find many sales persons lack.

Throughout your interaction with Neil you will feel reassured that you are his main focus. Providing high attention to detail in his findings and suggestions, I can confirm you will be assured that the vehicle you choose will be a true suit to your requirements.

I would like to commend Neil on his professionalism, courtesy and unique style in his field. He demonstrates skill in his knowledge and more importantly a positive customer faced interaction.
